Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Station Test Adapter Kit: 1664 FC Installation Tester and Type 2 Connector

You may service and test EV Chargers installed in public and commercial places for electrical safety and compliance with AS3000 standards with this equipment for testing electric car charging stations.

  • Test the PE conductor safely for any potential harmful voltage present against the earth
  • Simulate various charging cable current capacities
  • Simulate the charging states of vehicles
  • Simulate PE error (Earth fault)
  • Includes a Type 2 connector and Fluke 1664 FC to perform installation tests

With the help of this electric vehicle charging station testing equipment, you can inspect and assess the electrical safety and AS3000 compliance of EV Chargers installed in public and commercial spaces. With the EVSE adapter, you can thoroughly test any charging station.

Inclusions:

  • Instrument
  • Soft Carrying Bag
  • Instruction Manual

A full kit designed to test the operation and security of charging stations mode 3 for AC charging is the FEV300 with 1664 FC Multifunction Installation Tester. In order to rapidly and effectively test to all local regulations without opening the charging station, you can use this test adapter in conjunction with the Fluke 1664 FC installation tester to mimic the presence of an electronic car. Use the FEV300 to check a charging station’s functionality after installation, during routine maintenance, or to troubleshoot a station if it is not providing the right amount of charge. Charging stations can be tested in compliance with IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722 using the adapter kit.

Application:

  • On-site evaluation of the EVSE charging station setup.
  • Private, semi-private, and public EVSE charging stations have undergone initial and ongoing testing.
